Apart from making sure you don't break down, regular servicing is important to help your Skoda keep its value. After all, one day you may want to trade it in for a new one.
It makes sense for us, as a Skoda approved retailer, to do your servicing and repairs because we know Skodas inside out. Our technicians are Master Technicians, fully trained by Skoda and equipped with specialised tools and diagnostic equipment (meaning the gadgets used to find out exactly what's wrong with your car). We also insist on original Skoda parts rather than the "lookalike" parts some other repairers use.
Our technicians receive continuous training in order to keep up with new models and new technology available to you.
Caffyns offer various service options. If your car is still within the manufacturer's warranty period (3 years/60,000 miles or unlimited mileage for the first 2 years) then we recommend booking your vehicle into Caffyns Skoda Ashford or Tunbridge Wells for an annual service. This will be carried out to the manufacture's schedule, which meets the exact needs of your vehicle, using only genuine Skoda parts.
